Who can apply for a recovery order?

The following people may apply for a recovery order:

  • a person the child is to live with under a parenting order
  • a person the child is to spend time wiith under a parenting order
  • a person with parening responsibility for the child
  • a grandparent of the child
  • any other person who is concerned withthe care, welfare or development of the child.
