Who can access VLA's Family Dispute Resolution Service?

To access Victoria Legal Aid's Family Dispute Resolution Service at least one person must have a lawyer and a grant of legal assistance from Victoria Legal Aid. Staff should not refer callers directly to the service unless a grant is in place.
