Victotian Law Reform Commission

The commission has opened an inquiry into stalking and is seeking submissions until 5 August 2021. Personal experiences of stalking can be given anonymously. The consultation paper goes into detail about what kinds of behaviours are included as stalking, the impact on victims, how to respond.
