Inquiry into the Review of the Coroners Act 1985

This inquiry looked into the Coroners Act 1985 to determine whether it was effective or whether it required amendments to better serve the Victorian community.

It gives an excellent overview of the process of a coronial enquiry and the history of coronial investigations in Victoria and makes recommendations for changes to the current Act.
