Overseas drivers may be disqualified if exceed demerit points

From 1 July 2015 a person driving in Victoria who has an overseas licence can be disqualified from driving in Victoria if they get more than 12 demerit points within a 3 year period.

From 1 July 2015 a person driving in Victoria who has an overseas licence can be disqualified from driving in Victoria if they get more than 12 demerit points within a 3 year period. If they are under 22 they may also be disqualified if they get 5 or more demerit points within any 12 month period.
