New uniforms for PSOs

Protective services officers and police have new uniforms.

PSOs and Police have a new uniforms. It will be more difficult to distinguish between police and PSOs as they will both be wearing dark blue shirts. (Although PSOs may still wear a white shirt on formal occasions.) This means that the only way to tell the difference between the police and a PSO will be their hat checks.
