Family Law Act 1975 (Cth)

This Act relates to marriage, divorce and matrimonial causes. It includes law about parental responsibility for children and financial matters arising out of the breakdown of de facto relationships.

These Regulations explain the procedures under the Family Law Act 1975. This includes matters related to the breakdown of relationships, including care and maintenance of children, property division and divorce.

Family Law (Fees) Regulation 2012 (Cth)
