Hoon driving

The offence of ‘improper use of a motor vehicle’ relates to hoon driving.

Hoon driving refers to a list of driving behaviours that can result in the vehicle that was used in the offence being immobilised, impounded or forfeited. The list of relevant offences are set out in Part 6A of the Road Safety Act 1986 (Vic).
