Information about some prescribed forms that the Sheriff may use.

Magistrates' Court of Victoria

There are some forms are available from the Magistrates' Court site are relevant to the Sheriff's powers and enforcing a civil debt:

  • Form 68A—Warrant to seize property
  • Form 68B—Warrant of delivery
  • Form 69A—Notice to persons for safe keeping of property seized under a warrant to seize property
