Family violence exemptions to FOI

Some exemptions apply to freedom of information law where there is a risk that disclosure of this information would increase the risk of family violence to a person.

From 26 February 2018, some exemptions apply to disclosure of information or the existence of documents under Freedom of Information law where there is a risk that disclosure of this information would increase the risk of family violence to a person.
