All Victorian prisons are smoke free

From 15 June 2015 tobacco, lighters and matches are no longer be sold in prisons and from 1 July 2015 smoking is not allowed. From this date prison staff can seize tobacco products and accessories like lighters and matches. Prison visitors and staff will be warned not to bring tobacco products into the prisons.
