All drug drivers must complete a behaviour change program

Drivers who are caught drug driving after 29 April 2018 must complete a behaviour change program (BCP) before they can drive again. This applies whether the driver's licence was cancelled or suspended. If a driver had their licence suspended they must complete the BCP within 3 months. If they don't do this, their licence will be cancelled and they will be disqualified from driving until they complete the program.

See Behaviour change program.
